It is with a heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to close The Reading Clinic at the end of this summer session (August 15, 2025). It’s been my privilege to provide reading services for the past 45 years to Chicago families. My days have been filled with joy and pride watching the growth of every student (even during those germ-filled cold and flu seasons!).

Special thanks to the parents who entrusted me with their most prized possession. Know each of you will be forever “bookmarked” on my heart.
